Como consecuencia de la petición por parte del Observatorio de explicaciones sobre la afirmación de no poder dar soporte a los usuarios Linux por impedimentos legales, el Consejo de la Unión Europea corrije la sección de preguntas frecuentes de su sitio web.

En la versión original se afirmaba que no era posible dar soporte a Linux en forma legal. El texto original está disponible aquí y la URL correspondiente a la página en cuestión es http://ceuweb.belbone.be/faq.php?lang=EN

Siendo que el Consejo de la Unión Europea acepta que no hay impedimentos legales, esperamos que pronto se solucione la cuestión técnica que en este momento está discriminando a los usuarios del sistema operativo Linux.
